Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Piotr Grzegorzewski ("Provider", "we", "us"), registered at ul. Sarmacka 22/20, 02-972 Warszawa, PL, VAT/NIP: 5212940779, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our platform at https://megaserwer.pl (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

1. What data we collect
  • Account data — name, email address, password (hashed), and any details you provide when registering or updating your account.
  • Billing and tax data — billing name/company, address, tax identification number (NIP), and invoice history. This data is required by Polish tax law and is submitted to the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) as part of fiscal reporting.
  • Payment data — processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we retain only transaction references and status.
  • Service and technical data — domain names, server/subscription identifiers, IP addresses assigned to your services, and technical logs needed to operate hosting, game server and analytics services.
  • Support data — the content of support tickets, messages and any attachments you send us.
  • Usage data — basic access logs (IP address, timestamps, user agent) collected for security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
2. Why we process your data (legal basis)
  • Performance of a contract — to create and manage your account, provision and operate the Services you order, and provide support.
  • Legal obligation — to issue invoices, report to KSeF, and retain fiscal records for the period required by Polish law.
  • Legitimate interest — to secure our platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Service.
  • Consent — where you explicitly opt in, e.g. to marketing communications or optional cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
3. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with parties who need it to provide the Service, under appropriate data processing agreements:

  • Infrastructure providers — the hosting and game server platforms (Plesk, Pterodactyl) that run your services.
  • Payment processor — Stripe, for processing payments.
  • Fiscal authorities — the Polish Ministry of Finance, via the KSeF system, as required for invoicing.
  • Email delivery providers — to send transactional emails (account, billing, service notifications).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. How long we keep your data
  • Invoices and fiscal records — retained for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which they were issued, as required by Polish tax law.
  • Account data — retained for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
  • Support tickets — retained for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request and for record-keeping purposes afterwards.
5. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate data;
  • Request erasure of your data, where legally possible (some data must be retained for fiscal compliance);
  • Request restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  • Lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), or your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the Service to function (e.g. keeping you logged in). Where we use optional analytics or preference cookies, we ask for your consent first and let you manage your choices at any time.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email where appropriate. The "last updated" date below reflects the latest revision.
