Getting started with your game server
Your game server runs on Pterodactyl — a modern, open-source game server management platform. Once your order is processed, the server is created automatically.
What's included
- A dedicated game server instance (e.g. Minecraft)
- Access to the Pterodactyl panel for full server management
- SFTP access to upload mods, plugins, and world files
- Dedicated IP address and port
Connecting to your server
Your server's IP address and port are shown on your service page. To connect from the game:
- Open your game and go to Multiplayer.
- Click Add Server (or Direct Connect).
- Enter the address shown on your service page in the format
IP:port(e.g.162.55.134.253:25565).
Starting the server
A newly provisioned server may be in a stopped state. Go to the Pterodactyl panel (accessible from your service page) and click Start to launch it.
