Getting started with web hosting

Your hosting plan gives you everything you need to run a website — from file storage and a database to email and an SSL certificate.

What's included

• Disk space for your website files
• MySQL databases
• PHP support (multiple versions selectable in Plesk)
• FTP access to upload and manage files
• Free SSL certificate via Let's Encrypt

Finding your credentials

All your access details — FTP login, FTP password, Plesk login, and Plesk password — are available on your service page under Access details.

Pointing your domain

To use your own domain with the hosting, update your DNS records at your domain registrar:

• Log in to your domain registrar's control panel.
• Find the DNS settings for your domain.
• Add an A record pointing to the Server IP address shown under Access details on your service page.

DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate worldwide.
